To apply for Medical Tourism Advisors Best Price Guarantee, you must contact the MTA team within twenty-four (24) hours of completing your reservation with Medical Tourism Advisors.

The guarantee applies only with respect to a lower rate that is available for online booking or found online on a reputable site. The lower online rate must be bookable when MTA validates your claim, within the 24-hour period. Screenshots cannot be accepted as proof.

The lower rate must be found online for the same procedure, with the same provider, on the same dates as reserved through Medical Tourism Advisors with the same options (i.e., free shuttle, free oral exam) and the same location.

The lower rate must be in the same currency.

The lower rate must be the cost of the procedure fewer taxes and fees.

Medical Tourism Advisors shall make the final determination regarding your refund eligibility and the availability of a lower rate.

Medical Tourism Advisors will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Medical Tourism Advisors is completed and not canceled or the subject of a no-show.

The Best Price Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership, corporate rates, special discounted rates including, but not limited to military, government, or convention rates, frequent stay, loyalty, points, won through contests/sweepstakes, or through special promotions.

Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact dentist isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.

Medical Tourism Advisors shall not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Medical Tourism Advisors or the Dental or Medical provider.

Medical Tourism Advisors reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.

Medical Tourism Advisors reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the Medical Tourism Advisors website.
